Payment & commitment
One-off projects: 50% deposit, 50% at final delivery. Monthly programs: 50% of the first month to begin, the remaining 50% at that month’s first final delivery; subsequent months are paid in full up front. Monthly programs have a three-month minimum, then continue month to month with 30 days’ written notice to cancel.
Timing & revisions
The 7–10 business day one-off production window starts after your brief, deposit, assets and required creative approvals are complete. Feedback delays pause the schedule. Monthly output follows a calendar agreed at kickoff. A revision round is one consolidated feedback pass within the approved direction.
Extras, only when agreed
- Additional revisions: $185/hour, approved before work.
- Vertical cutdowns: $200 per clip.
- Rush delivery under five business days: custom quote.
- Optional brand onboarding: $500–$1,000 by scope. Standard setup is waived for Avatar and Universe monthly programs.
Your files. Your audience.
Delivered video files include perpetual commercial use across platforms, subject to any disclosed third-party rights. Character, voice, world-development and source assets remain with RTV unless purchased separately. Optional IP buyouts: Brand Avatar $3,500; Brand Universe $10,000. Portfolio use requires your approval.
Pricing version 2026-09-26. Avatar and Universe video lengths, delivery formats and monthly cadence are agreed in your written scope before production begins.
