When you send an enquiry or creative brief, RTV AI Studios uses the information you provide to respond, plan your project, and manage the working relationship.

What this website saves

Your contact and business information, project requirements, preferred call times, and any notes you choose to share are stored in the studio’s client workspace. A referral code may be saved in a first-party cookie for 30 days to credit the team member who introduced you. Campaign details included in the page URL may accompany your enquiry.

Who can access it

Authorized RTV team members access information according to their sales, production, or administration role. Infrastructure providers process website and video data to operate these services. Playing embedded videos may connect your browser to the video hosting provider. We do not sell your enquiry details.

Creative work and private links

Newly uploaded production files stay private until publication is approved. Your intake link is a private access link; anyone you share it with can view and edit that brief until the link expires or is replaced.

Questions or corrections

Ask your RTV contact to correct, export, or remove your information, subject to records needed to deliver your project or meet applicable obligations. You can also use the contact form to make a privacy request.
